Do the reports in the portal show my current account balance?
No, these are your donor reports for income that has posted to your fund. Account balance information should be obtained on the ISSR reports sent by Finance each month.
Why am I not seeing online donations posted in my reports?
We currently still have to import daily online donations into Virtuous for them to reflect on your account. You may see a delay if it’s over the weekend or at the end of the month when we are trying to close out donation posting.
Can we change the format of the reports?
Donor addresses cannot be added to the current 13-month report, however, there are other ways to pull donor reports to accomplish what you are looking for. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
